Team Visit

Team visits are offered for all children at 4 weeks, 6 months, 1 year, and 3 years of age. During these visits, you will meet with both a child health clinic nurse and a specialist physician together. During the team visit, we monitor your child’s health, growth, and development and conduct a medical assessment. It also provides an opportunity to discuss your child’s development and ask questions about your child’s health, daily life, and parenting. The purpose of the team visits is to provide a comprehensive picture of your child’s development and ensure that your child receives the best possible support during the first crucial years of life.
